The personal data collected are required by the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana (Poljanski nasip 2, 1000 Ljubljana) for the purposes of organising the event, all the communications regarding the event, and possible payment (legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR). The data will be retained for 5 years from the conclusion of the event or payment of all obligations due. Should an individual not wish to provide us with the personal data required, they will not be able to addend the event.

We inform you that you may at any time exercise your rights of access to your personal data, to rectification, erasure (in case of personall consent), and limit processing (in cases specified in the GDPR) and the right to data portability.

By signing the application form, you declare that you understood the above Data Processing Notice.

By signing the application form, you also consent that the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana (Poljanski nasip 2, 1000 Ljubljana) may store and use photographs taken during the event both internally and externally for the promotion of the Faculty and the conference, as well as for teaching and research purposes. Photographs can be used in print and in digital format including, but not limited to, the publication on website of the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana or the conference, social media, and printed media for the above described purposes.
